"I have been coming to this laundry mat for over 7 years but ever since they changed ownership; it has NEVER BEEN BETTER! The interior was completely redone to look more elegant and clean. The outside has cool family friendly graphics. The selection of washers and driers are tremendous and the best part - they just added card readers so you can choose to pay with card, Apple Pay or go the old school way of quarters! The staff are incredibly reliable and friendly. There is an awesome selection of games, snacks and beverages while you wait between loads and they even have a TV or music going at all times to keep you entertained. I have such OCD and the cleanliness of this location is TOP NOTCH. Highly recommend stopping by to do some wash or use the drop off service!"

"I think it's called "Family Laundromat" Anyway, New owners who are both extremely nice and great employees. I live across the street and the owners are always in there making upgrades. They've added new tables so there's more space and the machines have all been fixed along with a few new huge machines that I don't need to use a stool for because they're short people friendly. They've done an awesome job so far and the hours have been expanded which is beneficial for people who can only go in the evening. I actually really like it and don't mind doing laundry as much anymore."

"Just completed a Google Business View Pano Tour for Port Jeff Plaza Laundromat and I have to say, the place is really really nice. Clean, safe, and tons of machines. I thought the credit card swipers on every machine were brilliant. Nice sitting area too with a good array of vending machines. It's under new management and it's obvious that the new owner cares a lot about the customer experience. If you haven't been there ever or in a while, definitely check it out."

"I am here visiting from out of state and ran in the door at 9pm to do an entire teams worth of baseball jerseys bc the hotels single washer/drier weren't working and the owner was so kind and happy to help! They were so pleasant, constantly offering help if I needed it and assuring me they'd stay open until all the jerseys were clean! Machines were super easy to use and made those dreaded white baseball pants clean and bright again!!! Thank you!!!"

"Using Google I went when it was pretty dead. It was my first time going to this business. You can use coins or get a card and the gentleman who worked there was very nice when I couldn't figure out how to start the machine. I bought the card. I was able to do all my wash and all my drying at once, I used the seating area to wait, and was out within an hour. Everything was clean and none of the machines smelled weird."

"Local laundromat that has friendly staff and well working modern machines. The location is quite large providing vending machines for soaps and food. They also have three quarter exchangers on site with plastic cups to hold your quarters. This location feels extremely safe and the parking lot has security constantly patrolling. There are multiple areas to sit with small tables and benches to fold laundry."
