Common Questions
Do I need to sort my laundry before pickup?
No! That's our job. Just put everything in the bag. We will separate lights, darks, and towels. If you have special delicate items, you can put them in a separate bag or leave a note, but for standard laundry, just toss it in!
What detergents do you use?
We use premium commercial-grade detergents that are effective yet gentle. For our standard wash, we use a high-quality fresh scent detergent. For our 'Sensitive Skin' option, we use Tide Sensitive or a comparable plant-based, fragrance-free detergent.
Can you hang dry items?
Yes. If you have items that should not be machine dried (like yoga pants, delicate blouses, or sweaters), just place them in a separate bag labeled 'Hang Dry' or mention it in your notes. We will air dry them on hangers.
How do you handle stains?
We do a pre-wash inspection. If we see a stain, we treat it with professional-grade stain removers. While we can't guarantee every stain will come out (especially old ones), our success rate is much higher than home washing.
What is the turnaround time?
Our standard service is next-day delivery (24 hours). If we pick up on Monday morning, you get it back Tuesday. We also offer 'Same Day Rush' service for orders picked up before 10 AM in select areas.
