Yes! Pickup and delivery is available throughout our entire service area in Nassau and Suffolk counties.
Do I need to be home?
Not at all. Most of our customers choose our 'Unattended' service. Just leave your laundry in a secure location (like your front porch, side door, or with a doorman) and let us know in the app. We'll grab it and drop it back off in the same spot.
What is the turnaround time?
Our standard service is next-day delivery. If we pick up on Tuesday, you get your clean clothes back on Wednesday. We also offer 'Same Day Rush' service for pickups scheduled before 10 AM in select zip codes.
How do I pay?
It's completely seamless. You'll add a credit card to your secure profile when you create an account. We weigh your laundry at our facility and charge your card automatically. You'll receive an itemized receipt via email instantly.
